Cancellations and Refunds – Digital Products
Because our products are digital, different rules apply than for physical goods. Here’s how it works:

When can you cancel your order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, as long as the digital product has not yet entered production. After purchase, you’ll receive a link to complete your personalised skincare quiz. Your digital product will be delivered within 3 working days of submitting the quiz. You may cancel your order at any time before you complete the quiz. To do so, please contact us at team@layrd.co with your order number and request.

When cancellation is no longer possible
By submitting your skincare quiz, you give us permission to begin preparing your personalised digital product. This means your 14-day cancellation right ends at the moment you submit the quiz. After this point, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.
